In general, having too many vitamins is just as dangerous as not having enough. It’s better not to pick vitamin complexes yourself but talk to a doctor and choose supplements based on tests. Other than that, I try to keep my diet varied and balanced. The meal plan from the uni meal app helps a lot. I could honestly eat oatmeal and rice every day. But the meal plan is made so I get everything I need.
