When I first heard about the Christmas tradition "Caga Tió" in Catalonia (Spain), I was amazed. It is a tree-log with a face that is "fed" during the week, and on Christmas Day children hit it with sticks to "get" presents. At first I thought it was some kind of myth, but as it turns out, it is a very real Catalan tradition. I found an article about weird christmas traditions on a website and saw a video of children happily waiting for presents to "fall" out of the log, and it is really funny!
