Should I build a CRM for my restaurant from scratch or go with ready-made solutions?
I checked out a few ready-made options, but in one I’m missing features that another software has, and that other one doesn’t have the stuff I found in a third. Basically, like it often happens, there are tons of options, but nothing fits perfectly. But investing in building your own at the very start of a business doesn’t really seem smart, right?

I’m all for starting with simple solutions. And I’d pick one that doesn’t offer a ton of features, half of which you don’t need, but something simpler that really covers the most basic tasks. Among the most popular, a few options usually stand out https://restaurant.eatapp.co/blog/6-best-restaurant-crm-systems-compared, and from my side, I’d recommend Eat App as a simple and affordable solution. There’s a trial version to test it out.
