I recently updated my cooking skills and purchased recipe books from the KICA Academy website. They range in lil: from desserts to elaborate printed pastries. Each book is illustrated in detail and the recipes are presented in accessible language, even for a beginner. I chose a few editions that will help to master a new technique and surprise loved ones. Already cooked the first cake from the book - it turned out great! Now cooking brings even more pleasure, and thanks to professional advice, the results are always pleasing.
