Sultan Bayezid 2 (Sultan Bayezid sani)  was the 8th Ruler of Ottoman Empire (Saltanat e Usmania). Sultan Bayezid 2 (Sultan Bayezid Sani) was the  successor of Sultan Muhammad Fateh ( Mehmed the COnqueror). Sultan Bayezid 2 (Sultan Bayezid Sani) ruled as Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1481 to 1512. 

Sultan Bayezid 2 (Sultan Bayezid Sani) born on 3 December 1447. Sultan Bayezid 2 (Sultan Bayezid Sani) was the son of  Emine Gulbahar Hatun.There are sources that claim that Sultan Bayezid 2 was the son of Mükrime Hatun. But, this is strange, because it would make Ayse Hatun, Bayezid II's first cousin.

Also, the marriage of Mükrime Hatun took place two years after Sultan Bayezid 2 was born  and the whole arrangement was not to Sultan Muhammad Fateh’s (Memed the Conqueror) liking.  While, the Albanian born,  Emine Gulbahar Hatun, is accepted as the real mother of Sultan Bayezid II.
