Totally get that — I had the same kind of foggy, burnt-out feeling last week. I randomly tried spin mama during one of my breaks and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The games are quick, no pressure, just enough action to clear your head. After a few spins, I felt way more focused and actually got through my to-do list without dragging.
