I've been hearing a lot about air duct cleaning lately, and I'm curious to know if it's really something I should consider for my home. I understand that clean air ducts can improve air quality and efficiency, but is it really worth the time and cost?

Has anyone here had their air ducts cleaned? If so, did you notice any significant improvements in air quality, energy efficiency, or overall comfort in your home? Also, how often should air ducts be cleaned, and are there any signs I should watch for that would indicate it's time to clean them?
